Happy mind means happy life :)

I am sure that you all have experienced that when something goes wrong or when something bad happens with you in your life, it affects your mind and life very badly.

And when something good happens, you all feel very happy, it feels like you are on on top of the world, right? 

Even when you lose your favorite things, like losing your mobile phone, it gives you a mini heart attack. 

But why? why we lose are mind and become so unhappy and angry when things go wrong.

And when everything goes right, we are like wow, i am the most luckiest and the most happiest person alive.

Life keeps changing, sometimes you will be happy and sometimes you will be very sad, it`s just a game of your mind. If you can control your mind, you will be able to handle any bad or good situation in life.

Happiness is a choice


Believe me or don`t believe me but happiness is a choice, it is a state of mind. Just like you choose your clothes and shoes everyday, you just have to learn to select your thoughts and control your mind.

If you focus on negative thoughts, you will 100 percent attract negativity.

And if you focus on positivity, you will attract positivity.

I am  not saying that you can be positive all the time and everyday, But at least you can try? right?

Negative thoughts also affects your mind and your physical and mental health.


Let me tell you my story


When i get worried about tomorrow and sometimes when my mind is busy thinking about millions of negative things, i become mentally and physically sick, i get angry, i get sad, nothing feels good in life.

But whenever i try to keep my mind happy by not thinking about negative things, and try to keep my mind busy and think positive things like hey, maybe something good will happen tomorrow, maybe things will go right?

And when i start to become positive even about those things which were bothering me, trust me, good things start to happen, or at least i get solutions to my problems and worries because i choose to find solutions for those things which were bothering me,

I choose to stay happy and if i can`t be happy, i choose to stay normal and calm because i know that focusing on negative things and what might go wrong will ruin my health and peace.

I choose to stay calm and keep my mind happy, instead of focusing on negativity, so i can keep my mind happy and be happy in life.

Happy mind means happy life and it is very very necessary to keep your mind happy and in peace.

Happy mind means healthy you. Sad mind mean unhealthy you.

  • Do what you love
  • Avoid thinking negative thoughts like what will i do if this won`t happen or that won`t happen.
  • What has to happen will happen, never forget this and go with the flow.
  • Believe in yourself and at least try to find solutions to your problems.
  • Surround yourself with positive people. Trust me it will change you in a good way.
  • Avoid being with negative people
  • Leave the conversation, leave that negative place, which is bothering you, keep your mind busy somewhere else.
  • Do good deeds, be nice to people and karma will give you happiness in return.
  • Divert your mind, go out for a walk.
  • Listen to your favorite song.
  • Don`t forget to smile.
  • Do exercise and meditation, it will help you a lot.
  • Instead of thinking that what if things will go wrong, think about, what if things will go right?
  • Give love, spread love.
  • Drink a glass of water.
  • Ear your favorite food.
  • Always keep yourself busy.
