I would like to say that when you start to do something new in life, it feels and looks difficult to do, but when you get used to it, you feel like no one else can do this thing better than you.

1. Weight loss is very important if you are fat, you will have to lose weight to live a healthy life.

All you need to do  is lift some weights at home, you can buy a pair of dumbbells, exercising machine for weight loss at home.

 Or you can use a bag of salt or a heavy water bottle or anything which is a little bit heavy to use and do exercise at home to lose weight.


2.  Stop Skipping meals : If you think skipping meals or eating less will help you with weight loss or in losing weight. I am sorry, but you are wrong.

You will get ill and weak if you skip your meals. To lose weight you just have to eat right and eat healthy. You can eat 6 times a day, but use small plates and small amount of food.

What i am trying to say is, eat 6 times but eat a little now and then eat a little more after few hours.

Do  not eat like a monster at one time.


3. Avoid too much caffeine, sugar, and oil. Eat a healthy, home cooked food for weight loss. Healthy eating is the best to lose weight.

I am not asking you to never eat sugary or oily food but avoid such meals and fast food and soft drinks as much as you can.

But if you are really serious about weight loss. Stop eating such food for sometime or eat it once in a month. Just eat healthy.


4. Walk : Walk 10,000 steps per day to lose weight. yes, walking 10,000 steps or if you walk for 20 minutes every day. There are a higher chances for your weight loss.

Brisk walk is the best for weight loss, it helps you to lose weight faster.


5. Smile more, stress less, or Dance now, stress later. All i want to say is avoid being sad or worried, smile and stay happy, drink water instead of drinking soft drinks or your favorite Tea. Drink Green Tea instead.

Exercise regularly at home and use smaller plates to eat to lose weight. Walk everyday. Avoid eating salt too much.

These are very simple and very easy 5 tips for weight loss at home.

All you have to do is follow these 5 weight loss tips for a little long time of period.
