1. Milk

The most easy thing you can do to gain weight, is drinking milk. Milk offers you fat, carbohydrates and protein. And you can get milk easily in your kitchen.

Milk is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and calcium. People who try to gain weight and body muscle, usually consumes/drink milk every day. 

Drinking milk helps in gaining weight and body muscle. So if you are underweight or skinny, Drinking milk will help you a lopt in gaining weight. Drinking milk twice a day is enough, it will also keep your bones strong.

2. Exercise


Exercise is the best thing you can do to gain weight. Exercise as much as you can but never force yourself too hard to do exercise, in terms of gaining weight.

It is not necessary to go to gym to gain weight and body muscle. You can workout/exercise at home also. You can even buy some cheap and necessary gym equipment to start exercising at home.

You should exercise twice a day. Exercising for 1 to 2 hours is enough.


3. Chicken and Red Meat


Chicken and red meat can help you in gaining weight and building muscles. Plus it is very tasty. You can gain weight at home by cooking chicken and red meat at home and eating it twice or thrice a week.

Steak and other red meats contains protein and fat which promotes weight gain.

Gaining weight is not very hard, all you have to do is to show some proper and real dedication. You should have proper knowledge about how you can gain weight by doing exercise and eating right and healthy food at home.

Important Tip - Eat home cooked, healthy food everyday. Eat properply, drink fruit juices or simply eat fruits like banana, mango, etc. Avoid eating junk food.
