Drink Lots Of Water


Khan drinks 2 to 3 liters of water every day.

 He avoids drinks which contains alcohol, soda, and  he avoids sugary drinks too.

Khan prefers drinking coffee, nonfat milk and unsweetened vegetables juices would fit within khan`s diet plan.

Khan`s Lean Protein Diet Plan


Khan`s diet plan includes protein rich foods like skinless chicken, nonfat milk, fish, eggs white, beans and lean cuts of meat.

To avoid too much fat he prefers grilling over frying and avoids all those dishes that are prepared with butter.

Khan consumes protein drink after finishing his each workout. (Avoid following a high protein diet if you have any kind of kidney disease.
