Staying happy and healthy is very important to run a beautiful healthy life.
If you are happy, you will be healthy and if you are healthy, you will stay happy.
If you keep worrying about something and keep yourself unhappy by thinking too much or being negative about life or because of any other situation if you stay unhappy in life then it will surely affect your health.
You can get sick or depressed too and it can damage your health. Being happy is as important as being healthy to live a beautiful life.
There are many ways to keep yourself happy and healthy, and some of the are as follows :
Fitness : Staying fit is very important, in fact fitness is everything in today`s world. Staying fit keeps you happy and healthy. You don`t have to join gym to stay fit, you can do it at home.
You can do yoga and exercise at home to keep yourself fit.
Eat healthy and do some exercise to stay fit and doing this will also keep you very happy and satisfied.
Walk : Walk everyday, walk as much as you can. It will keep you in proper shape, walking will also keep your legs healthy.
You can maintain a proper, normal body weight and stay healthy if you walk 20 minutes at least everyday.
And you will also stay happy if you will go out and walk a bit.
Spend Time With Your Loved Ones : Not just with your friends but also learn to spend time with your family.
Talk a bit with your loved ones, your friends plus your family, Stay with them, help them with something, share things with them and listen to them. This way you will experience inner happiness and joy.

Stay Away From Negativity : We all have a lot of problems in life and they are more than enough.

Laugh At Yourself : Taking life too seriously won`t help you, if you are afraid that people can make fun of you and you can get hurt emotionally or mentally, then you are mentally not strong, you will find people who can make fun of you even when you look perfect or doing well in life.
So its better to learn to laugh at yourself a bit.
