Obesity


In simple words, the meaning of obesity is being fat or overweight.

Obesity means having too much body fat. The weight may come from muscle, bone, fat or body water. Usually obesity is when a persons body weight is 20% more than their normal, ideal weight..

Obesity is defined as abnormal and excessive fat accumulation that may impair health.

Causes

Obesity is one of the biggest health problems in the world. It occurs when people eat and drink more calories than they use. Not just wrong eating habits but a number of factors can contribute to obesity or being overweight.

Lack of physical activity, lack of sleep, certain medications, genetics, some type of major surgery,  certain health conditions, stress. lack of exercise, wrong lifestyle can also cause obesity.

When a person takes a lot of medicines to cure their heath problems or when a person doesn`t get enough sleep or stays inactive.

 For example: when we avoid going outside or always stay home and stop doing anything, avoid exercising or walking and keep eating unhealthy food or suffer from major health problems like hypothyroidism, some kind of knee surgery or taking too much medicines daily, in that case we can suffers from obesity or being overweight.


Complications

Obesity is not a small problem, obesity increases the risk of developing a number of serious health problems. Obesity is an abnormal state, it can be considered as a disease also.
Obesity can lead to a lot of health problems, some of them are -

  • Heart disease
  • High blood Pressure
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Sleep apnea
  • Backache, people who are overweight often are at greater risk for back pain.
  • High or Low level cholesterol
  • Major knee problem or chronic knee pain, knee pain is one of the most common complications of being overweight or obese.
  • Plantar fasciitis and many other health problems.

In short, obesity is very harmful, and it can lead to a various health problems, therefore people who are overweight for any reason, they should try losing weight to stay health and stay away from major health problems.


Treatment


People who are obese or overweight, should lose weight to live a healthy life, you just have to know how to achieve a healthy normal body weight and stay fit, smart and disease free.

Here i am going to tell you how you can treat your obesity by telling you some very easy ways to lose weight.

  • Avoid junk food :  If you seriously want to lose weight than you should avoid junk food like pizza, soft drinks, burger, cakes, candy bars, white rice and white bread, snacks like oily potato chips and other junk food, avoid taking junk food can reduce the total number of calories we take in a day, and this leads to weight loss. Eat health food instead of eating junk food if you are really willing to lose weight. people who gain weight easily, they should 100% avoid such unhealthy fat gaining food. 

You may feel that junk food tastes good and erase your hunger but this type of food will only help you gaining weight and many other health related problems.

  • Exercise daily : Exercising daily to lose weight fast. Running, walking, bicycling, push ups, arm raising exercise, leg exercising, lifting weights can help you lose weight.

Exercising daily for 30 to 40 minutes twice a day can help you burn fat and kick start weight loss fast. Go to the gym or try to do exercise daily at your home.


  • Drink Water : It is true that drinking water can help with weight loss. People who try to lose weight increase their water intake, drinking water increases the amount of calories you burn
 Drinking water before meals can help you lose weight fast, You just have to drink one glass of water before every meal, whether it is your breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

Drinking water before meals can result in consuming less calories at those meals you eat everyday, which can automatically lead to weight loss.

  •  Drink Green Tea : Green tea is linked with a lot of benefits, it can help you lose weight by burning fat. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and it can help losing weight by boosting the body`s metabolism. 
Green tea Especially helps you losing stomach fat, you should drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea per day for at least 7 days to see the change in your body. 

Eat Slowly : Chewing your food slowly will help you eat fewer calories and increase the production of hormones that are linked to weight loss, you should at least chew one bite of food 30 to 32 times. 

People who eat fast are the ones who become more obese compared to those who eat slowly.

Eat Fruits and Vegetables : Fruits and vegetables are very healthy and it can help you lose weight easily and in a healthy way.

 Fruits and vegetables are an important part of a balanced healthy diet, and it can help to fill us up while we are trying to lose weight. Most fruits and vegetables are low in fat and calories and rich in fiber, which can help people lose weight successfully. 

Such food also contains minerals, vitamins and antioxidants which is very important and good for health and to fight diseases.

So if you want to lose weight you should eat health food like fruits and vegetables.

Walk : Any type of physical activity is important to live healthy and disease free, walking is very important to lose body weight because it helps you burn calories fast, which is needed when you are trying to lose weight. 

Try brisk walk, walk fast and walk daily for at least 30 minutes, or 10,000 steps per day to lose weight faster. Many people lose weight but later they gain it back again, but if you add 30 minutes of brisk walking or fast walking to your daily routine, you could burn a lot of fat everyday.
