- Sleep more.
- Talk to your family or friends.
- Exercise daily.
- Try meditation, yoga.
- Eat healthy food.
- Try to keep a positive attitude.
- Love and pamper yourself.
- Buy your favorite clothes or anything you like. (This will make you happy)
- Play with kids.
- Buy your favorite pet.
- Spend enough time with those you like.
- Make a new hobby. Dance, sing, start painting, read books, watch movies. Do whatever makes you happy.
- Stop overthinking. Over thinking kills your happiness.
- What is meant to happen, will happen. (Believe this)
