What Causes Stress?

Thinking about big or even small things can cause stress.
Common things that can cause stress includes - Studies, Work related problems, Break ups, Retirement, Forced marriage, etc.

Any kind of pressure from family and people or major health problems can cause bad stress.
Stress is not a good thing. Taking too much stress can make people sick, and stress can also turn into depression.

  8. Love and pamper yourself.
  9. Buy your favorite clothes or anything you like. (This will make you happy)
  10. Play with kids.
  11. Buy your favorite pet.
  12. Spend enough time with those you like.
  13. Make a new hobby. Dance, sing, start painting, read books, watch movies. Do whatever makes you happy.
  14. Stop overthinking. Over thinking kills your happiness.
  15. What is meant to happen, will happen. (Believe this)
  16. Walk.
Go outside and try to enjoy life. Pick a song that motivates you.
Learn to deal with different problems in life. If you don`t fight for yourself, Ain`t nobody going to do it for you.
Stand up and fight for your right.
