You should exercise daily for at least 20 to 30 minutes nicely. Doing aerobic exercise or stretching for 20 minutes everyday can help you a lot. Doing exercise in the morning is the best thing but you can do it accordingly, you can exercise at night also. Do it slowly and nicely, never force yourself to do those exercises which can harm you physically, Do what you can easily do.

Do whatever, just keep yourself busy and stay active every day, because when you work for hours every single day, whether you are working at home or working outside, you get tired, your body gets tired and you need rest, you feel sleepy at night and sleep early and also get up early next day. 3. Don`t Use Your Phone Too Much : Using your phone at night is the main and the most common reason that people sleep very late or suffer from insomnia these days. People use social media everyday, especially at night, when they are free. Some people spent time watching videos all night and some of them spent whole night in chatting and sleep very late, which affects their sleep and health very badly.
So it is better to stop using your mobile phone too much at night and focus on good things before you sleep. Eat healthy, spent time with your family, use your phone but don`t use it too much. It can also give strain to your eyes. Develop new hobbies and remember that using phone all night and sleeping late will only make you sick and bring new health problems. Change your routine and try to sleep early.
