Many people experience weakness in their full body, including children, and adults.
They feel tired, fatigue, weak all the time,which is often the result of a viral or bacterial infection.But there are other reasons also why people experience weakness in their body.
It can be temporary or continuous in some cases.

Why Does My Body Feel Weak ?

Here are some common reasons why you experience weakness  in your whole body:
  1. Lack of sleep.
  2. Lack of exercise.
  3. Wrong eating habits.
  4. Worrying too much.
  5. Overwork..
  6. Staying inactive.
  7. Drinking alcohol.
  8. Some kind of sickness, disease or illness.
  9. Medication.
  10. Poor lifestyle.
There are many other reasons behind experiencing weakness in body, When you get sick or suffer from fever or even cold and cough, you start feeling weak, you feel like you don`t have strength to do anything, you feel lethargic, all this happens because of the viral infection or bacterial infection your body is experiencing.

How To Get Rid Of Weakness In Body ?

Here are some easy ways to get rid of weakness in body.

Get Rest : You should take proper rest when you are suffering from fever or cold and cough or any other disease. A person feels weak because of getting sick, and also because of some serious health issues.
 Some people try to avoid taking rest and keep doing their daily activities so they can continue with their work and finish it with time, which is wrong. No matter what, no matter how busy you are, you should always take out sometime for yourself and give your body a lot of rest.

Eat and Drink Properly : You should always eat healthy food to avoid sickness or weakness in your body. Eating healthy vegetables, green vegetables and fruits are always beneficial for health.

There is a saying 'You are what you eat' and it is very true, if you will eat oily, too much spicy food or if you eat fast or junk food every second day, in that case you will experience sickness in your body, which automatically leads to weakness.
 Eat vegetables, eat fresh fruits, you can eat your favorite fruit to stay healthy.

Poor Lifestyle : There are many people who don`t take bath for days, there are people who don`t even take care of their body everyday, which leads to sickness, some people are
 busy with work, some people suffer from major diseases, any many of them are suffering from mental health issues, theses are also some reasons why people avoid to take care of themselves.

And this poor lifestyle also makes them feel very weak, like they can`t do anything at all, they just feel like taking rest all day by staying in bed every time doing nothing.

I just want to say that your body is a temple and you have to keep it clean to live a disease free life, you will have to do it for yourself, no one else can do it for you. So try to change your lifestyle, do some exercise, eat healthy. keep yourself  busy, stop overthinking and keep your body clean to feel energetic and healthy.

Return To Your Daily Activities Slowly : I am not saying that you should work when you feel weak or when you are ill, but once you started feeling better and energetic, once you start to feel that you have enough strength to get up and do you things, at that time you should start getting back to your daily activities.

Some people think that until and unless they heal 100% from their illness, they should take rest or stay in bed and avoid doing any kind of activity, which is very wrong, By staying home all day, doing nothing is also one of the major reasons why people feel weak in their whole body and also get sick.

If you are having cold and you are sneezing too much, that time also you experience weakness in your full body, but if you will stay in bed all day for many days just because you are suffering from flu and feeling weak, in this case you will feel more and more weak and lethargic,

Get up once and do something, do anything, just a little walk inside your home or spending time with your pets or family will make you feel better for sure.
Once you feel better, start doing something, keep yourself busy and you will see that you have started feeling strong and good.

People usually experience weakness, fatigue, low energy because of viral and bacterial infection as i have already described above, and by keeping your body clean and eating healthy, and doing some exercise 5 times in a week will help you a lot.

 Eating good gives you energy and keeps you away from getting sick or feeling weak, keep yourself clean so no viral or bacterial infection can make you ill.

And if you still feel weak everyday, even after doing all this, there must be something wrong with your health, you should see a doctor, he might give you some medicines and tell you few things which can help you feeling a lot better than before.
