NOTE :
Do not use heat treatments after an acute injury. Never use heat where swelling is involved because swelling is caused by bleeding in the tissues, and heat will only cause more problem in such case.
Visit your doctor first before using heat therapy if your problem is old and major, or if you have high blood pressure or heart disease. Use Heat therapy for at least 1 to 2 days and if you see no improvement, in that case also you should visit your doctor.
