Always remember that health comes first before anything. Whether it is your mental health or physical health. Health comes first! Because without being healthy you can`t even get out of your bed.

Making 6 pack abs or going to the gym, eating healthy food and lifting weights is not enough because being physically fit and healthy is not enough. You have to be mentally happy and healthy too.

Being mentally happy and healthy is as important as being physically healthy. If you are very good looking and you are a healthy person physically but your mental health is not good then being physically healthy is useless.

Meantally happy and healthy people can face anything in life, even if they are weak or unhealthy physically. It is all inside your mind. No matter what situation or circumtances life shows you. If you are mentally strong and healthy, you will handle everything without getting panic or losing any hope.

Mental happiness comes from inside. First of all you should do some meditation and yoga everyday. Secondly you should do things that makes you mentally happy.
Whether its about watching your favourite tv show or playing games or spending time with your family, friends or your partner.

Do what you love. No matter what, just do those things which makes you happy and gives you joy. But do not hurt others for your own happiness.
Make a routine. Get up early, Do exercise, spread love and happiness. Help needy people. Fall in love and spend some quality time with your lover. Try to get a job or do something that you like.

Doing these things will surely make you mentally happy. And if you are mentally happy. You will automaticallyy become mentally healthy.

And remember that mental health is very important just like your physical heal health.

So always try to think positive and stop overthinking and be a happy and a healthy person.
