1. Drink Water


Maybe it sounds silly or common but there are a lot of benefits of drinking water. Just like a shower cleans the outside of your body, drinking water cleans the inside of your body. Drink 7 to 8 glass of water everyday. Make it a habit and you will see that you will start feeling more energetic, plus it will also refresh your mood.


2. Pray To God




No matter what God you believe in. Just pray to God and thank him for everything. Even if you don`t believe in God, just thank this universe for giving you what you have today. Thank God for the food you eat, clothes you wear and everything that you have today.
Praying to God or showing gratitude towards him will ease your mind on the negative things going on and help you focus on all of the good things in your life and how fortunate you really are.

3. Fake It Till You Make It


According to some of the studies, it has been proved that if you fake a smile and act happy in front of others. Then it will turn into real and uingnee happiness. Always remember that you attract what you feel or think. Tell yourself that you are happy and strong even if you are not. Help others and control your anger.This may sound stupid but this one really works. Just give it a try.

Failure is the key to success. If you are facing failure or if you think that something is troubling you and making you sad. Well, in that case i would like to tell you that even the most successful and famous people were also unpopular in past, and they might have faced failure but the didn`t give up.
Tell yourself that it is okay to be sad sometimes and face failure. Just be strong. Take a break and face your fears. Be positive and try again and again.
Important Tip - FIX WHAT YOU CAN. FORGET WHAT YPOU CAN`T.
Even i have faced and still face a lot of things i don`t even want to imagine,,, but i am trying to keep myself positive and strong. Just give your best in everything and stay calm.

5. Learn To Treat & Love Yourself

Learn to deal with things and situations in a positive manner and overall felling happier. No matter what you are going through in life. Being sad and negative will only make things worse and affect your mental and physical health.
Be positive about life and things. Be mentally strong and happy. Treat and love yourself. Buy a chocolate, your favourite pair of shoes or just an ice-cream.
Treat yourself, reward yourself and keep going on with a smile on your face.
Being positive will bring happiness to your life and your mental health.

6. Put Away Your Phone For Sometime

People don`t mind using their mobile phones all day and night, even if they don`t need to use it. Using too much of your phone can affect your mental  and physical health.

You can feel mentally unhappy and physically unhealthy using your phone all day. It is also bad for your eyes and mind. So put your phone away for sometime and spend time wih your family or just read a book or go outside for a walk.
