Eat fruits, salad, oats, green veggies, boiled chicken or boiled veggies. Eat boiled eggs. Eat healthy and non fatty foods.

Eat home cooked, light and healthy food. Eat your daily normal food that you eat at your home, you don`t have to starve yourself but avoid eating such foods :⇓

Oily, Deep Fried, buttery food. Avoid eating junk/fast food like pizza, burger and heavy food from markets.

You can join a gym if you want but personally i would like to suggest you to start exercising at home. Yes, it may take time but you can do exercise at home everyday and anytime to lose weight.

You can even buy weights and do weight lifting at home. You can do push-ups, squats, scissors etc. there are many exercises that you can follow to lose weight at home.

You just have to do exercise at home twice a day every day to lose weight. Do it whenever you have time but make sure that before you start exercising, your stomach should be empty. Which also means that you can do exercise after 2 hours of gap of eating your healthy meal.

Walk is the best thing that you can do to lose weight to get 100% result. Walk at least 20 to 30 minutes daily or walk 10,000 steps everyday if you seriously want to lose weight.

4- Drink Water Avoid Stress


Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday to lose weight fast. Yes, even water can help you to lose weight if you drink it in a proper way.

Avoid drinking soft drinks like Coco Cola, Pepsi etc. you can drink fresh fruit juices instead of drinking soft drinks and ruining your health. You can also drink Green Tea or Green Coffee to lose weight at home.
