Some people can simply turn on their AC. But there are many people who can`t afford an AC and they also need to stay cool during this summer. And even if you have an AC, you can`t always use it to stay cool in summer.

 1. Wet cloth


Use a wet cloth and put it on your back, chest, stomach, head or legs. Feeling too hot ? Just take one clean cloth, make it wet and put it on your skin.

2. Take a bath or shower every single day


To stay cool in summer withour ac, it is very very important to take a bath or shower every single day. Because taking a regular bath or shower keeps your whole body cool and fresh during summer.

If you think that taking a regular bath is good for nothing during summer, in that case you can avoid taking a bath or shower for one day and you will feel the difference.

If you won`t take a bath or shower for a day or two, during this summer, then you will feel very very hot, frustrated and your body will start stinking.

Therefore, it is very important to take a bath/shower everyday in summer.



    3. Use peppermint soap or body scrub during your shower

    Your body needs a lot of fluids during this summer time plus your body also needs to stay hydrated. Try to drink a lot of water and avoid harmful soft drinks.

    You can also drink, electral, glucose, ors, etc. These product are used to replace fluids and minerals (such as sodium, potassium) lost due to diarrhea and vomiting. It helps prevent or treat the loss of too much body water (dehydration). 

    Drink such things to stay hydrated and healthy in this summer time.


    5. Eat an ice cream


    It is absolutely fine to eat an ice cream or anything else that keeps your body cool for sometime but do not eat ice creams every single day.

    The point is that if you feel very hot, just go, buy and eat an ice cream, it will make you feel better.

    Turn your lights off to decrease the heat.

    7. Use an ice cube


    Use an ice cube, if you are feeling too hot, then just take an ice cube and rub it on your body if its extremely hot in there.

    8. Buy a small handy fan


    You can buy a small handy fan and use it as your own ac. I know it won`t help you enough but it is better to buy a small handy fan and enjoy its air in summer to stay cool without ac.
