The whole world is facing some serious health issues right now. People are even dying. And this is a sign that anything can happen to anyone at anytime. And it is very important to take care of your health to live happily.

And not just for a day, for a month or for years but it is important to stay healthy and fit forever.

I will be sharing 18 tips to stay healthy and fit forever. You just have to follow them everyday. Even if you go to the gym, work hard, lift weights, follow a healthy diet and get a beautiful healthy body because of working hard.



Even in that case, if you stop going to the gym, stop doing exercise and stop following a healthy diet and start eating junk food and be lazy. Even then you start gaining weight again. Your body starts becoming fat or ugly.

That is why it is very important to follow some healthy tips forever if you want to stay healthy and fit forever.

  • Get up early every morning. Every morning means every morning.
  • Drink some water on an empty stomach before you eat your breakfast. Make it a routine.
  • Don`t forget to do some exercise at home, before having your meal. You can do many exercises at home, to gain or to lose weight.
  • Don`t forget to take a bath to stay clean.


  • Eat something healthy. Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Avoid eating unhealthy fatty, oily food.
  • Eat home cooked food. 
  • Eating green vegetables and boiled food is the best thing that you can do to lose weight and to stay health.
  • Keep your mind happy. Having a fit body is not enough. You also need to keep your mind healthy and happy. Think positive, Think good because when you think good and positively, you attract positie vibes. And remember that thinking negative and always worrying about your problems won`t change your situation but fighting with your problems will surely change your situation.


    • Walk - Don`t skip walking. Walk whenever you can but go for a walk everyday or go for a walk 5 days in a week. It is goof for your overall health.
    • Exercise again. Exercise twice a day if you and your body needs it.
    • Eat 6 times a day. Instead of eating 3 times a day like crazy. Start eating a small amount of food 6 times a day.
    • Chew well. Don`t just eat but while you are eating, chew well. chew properly. It will also help you to maintain a healthy and a fit body.


      • Avoid drinking soft drinks or alcohol, drink water instead, drink fresh juices.
      • Eat fruits to stay healthy.
      • Be happy, dance, sing, draw something, play, do what you wnat but keep yourself happy.
      • Buy a pet, birds, cats, fishes, dogs, buy what you can and spend time with them.

        • Spend time with little kids and older people.

        • Help others and be kind to your family members and to the world.
