How To Cure Stomach Pain At Home

Everyone experiences stomach pain at one point. Stomach ache can make anyone feel helpless and stomach pain can even make you cry. 
Some common causes of stomach pain are constipation, indigestion, gas, stomach infection and overeating. But don`t worry, there are some natural home remedies to cure stomach pain.

Cure Stomach Pain At Home Easily
  • Ginger Juice : Take some ginger and extract its juice. Apply the juice on your stomach and massage with your hand slowly in a circular motion. Doing this will help you to get of stomach pain.
  • Mixed Juice : Take some lemon, mint and ginger juice and mix it together, add some black salt to it and drink this mixture twice a day to get rid of stomach pain.
  • Baking Soda : You can experience stomach pain which can occur due to gastric problems caused by indigestion. If you are suffering from mild stomach pain, simply take a cup of warm water and mix it with a teaspoon of baking soda and drink it once in a day, and your stomach pain will go away.
  • Lemon Water : Squeeze a fresh lemon into a glass of water and drink it. You can add a little amount of salt to it if you want. This will help you.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar : Apple cider vinegar can help you in getting rid of stomach pain. Just combine a spoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of warm water and one spoon of honey and now drink it to relieve your stomach pain.
  • Peppermint Tea : Peppermint tea is a natural pain reliever which can cure nausea and stomach pain. You can drink some peppermint tea or chew some peppermint leaves to cure your stomach pain.
  • Drink Warm Salt Water : Gargling with warm salt water helps in getting rid of sore throat but if you drink one cup or glass of warm salt water, then it can help you in getting rid of stomach ache.
  • Heat : By using heat or a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel directly on the lower abdominal area will be able to soothe bowel spasm and boost the work of the digestive system.

Most of the time stomach pain or stomach cramps aren`t a big deal. You can easily treat them at home. But in some cases your stomach pain can become worse and you might need a doctor to cure your pain.

You should visit your doctor if you experience any of these : 
  • Pain that doesn`t get better in a few hours
  • Dizziness
  • Pain that is very intense
  • Vomiting while suffering from stomach pain
