It is okay to eat such food and drink soft drinks sometimes but try to ignore eating and drinking these things because it will really ruin your health inside and outside too.

3. Exercise regularly. 

No matter how you exercise, what you do. But set a routine and exercise for at lease 20 to 30 moniutes every single day, to have a healthy and a fit body.

5. Eat healthy. Take protein by eating healthy home cooked food. Eat everything that is good for your body.

6. Avoid smoking or drinking because these things will ruin your health one day.

7. Keep yourself mentally happy. Having a healthy and fit body is never enough.
