1. Take Care Of Your Children And Elders

Children and the elderly have weak immune system and digestive system, so their health is affected early. 

If there are children and elders in your house too, do not ignore them in the turbulence of festivals. 

Take special care of their food. Also protect them from the harmful effects of noise pollution and air pollution.

2. Avoid This Type Of Food

There is a tradition of eating spicy food in our country and it is further increased during festivals. 

The spices are hot. They increase body temperature, causing insomnia. Eating too spicy and spicy causes many problems in the digestive system. 

Eating more oily and fatty foods increases blood pressure and sugar levels.
