People will always be ready to hurt you with their words or actions. Therefore it is very important to be mentally strong and face everything in tgis world.

Here are some tips to be mentally strong

1. Eat Right

Eat healthy food. eating junk, fast food might keep you happy for a while but it is not good for your health.

Eating healthy and home cooked food is good for your over all health.

2. Think Positive

Try to always thik positive.

You attratct what you think. If you will think m=negative, in that case negative things will happen but if you will think positively, in that case positive things will start happening.

3. Talk When You Need

You should know whn to talk and when to keep quiet. Nothing hurts more than words.

Therefore you should when you should answer others or share your thioughts with others.

4. Do what you love

Always do what you love. Do whatever keeps you happy mentally. Read and watch positive books or videos.

Read and watch something that motivates you and keeps you mentally strong.
