Back pain can occur at any age for many reasons. For example - Sitting for too long at the same place in a same position can cause lower back pain. Lifting heavy weights , standing for too long, Sleeping in a wrong position, Exercising too hard can also cause a muscle strain and cause back pain.

Sometimes problem with the spine such as osteoporosis can lead to back pain.
Sometimes the problem is really big,
Compression of nerves in your lower back or bulging disc can cause sevior backache.

REST

Rest is the main thing you need to cure any type of pain or disease. Lying down on bed straight or keeping a soft pillow under Your back while lying straight can help you a lot in getting relief from back pain.

To get rid of backache, You can use a hot water bag or hot pack, and put it on the affected area of your back for 15 to 30 minutes and after that you can also apply any pain reliever ointment on the affected area gently, They move deeper into areas of the body and heal your strained muscle easily.

EXERCISES FOR BACK PAIN

There are many exercises for back pain to relieve back pain. Such as BRIDGE, KNEE TO CHEST, LEG ROTATION, etc. 

But i will tell you one best exercise which can give you a big relief from getting rid of back pain.

BACK PAIN EXERCISE

Bridge exercise. 

First just lie down straight on your bed, Second you have to bend (fold) your knees and lift your waist (hips) up in the air and hold it there for at least five seconds and then bring it (your waist) down, straighten your legs and relax for 2 to 3 seconds. Repeat this exercise at least 7 to 10 times if you are doing it for the first time, later you can also do it for 10 to 15 times a day!
