Getting angry is very normal. We all get angry at some point for some reason. It is Your emotions, feelings that can turn into anger.
But some people are very short tempered by nature and they get angry very fast for small things. And it is very important to control your angle that can cause you a lot of problems.
You should show anger where it is needed. Unnecessary anger can be very harmful for your and others physical and mental health.

1. Count Down
Count down to 10. If you are feeling very angry for some reason, start counting down. In the time it takes you to count, your heart rate will slow, and your anger will likely subside. Count from 1 to 10 or 1 to 100.
2. Take A Deep Breath
Your breathing naturally speeds up when you get angry. Start taking deep breaths to control your anger.
Take deep breaths from your nose and exhale it out of your mouth at least 7 to 10 times.
3. Go Out For A Walk
Another way to control your anger is to go for a walk.
Walking can help calm your nerves and reduce anger. Go for a walk outside, you can just ride your bike, bicycle or just go outside and play your favorite game.
4. Do This : Take God`s Name
Just pray to God. Your Guru in whom believe. Take his name, Chant his name when you are angry and say i will be okay. Everything will be okay.

Focus on details in the imaginary scene which you are creating in your mind: What color is the water? How tall are the mountains? How many Birds and animals are there ?

Watch funny videos, play with kids or pets, spend time with someone you love, just find a way to laugh.
