Heart attack is something that can happen to anyone at anytime. Young people and adults, both can face heart attack for some reason.

Here i will tell you some effective and easy ways to avoid heart attack.

1. Eat a healthy diet
A healthy diet includes a lot of fruit and vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish and pulses with restricted salt, sugar and fat intake. Alcohol should also be used in moderation.
2. Daily physical activity
Daily physical activity every day helps to maintain cardiovascular fitness; at least 30 to 60 minutes on most days of the week helps to maintain a healthy weight.
3. Avoid tobacco use

 Tobacco in every very harmful to your health - cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or chewable tobacco can be very dangerous for your health. 
The risk of heart attack starts to drop immediately when a person stops using tobacco products, and can drop by as much as half after 1 year.


  • 4. Blood pressure:

  •  High blood pressure usually has no symptoms, but is one of the biggest causes of sudden stroke or heart attack. Have your blood pressure checked and know your numbers. 

  • If it is high, you should change your lifestyle to incorporate a healthy diet with less salt intake and increase physical activity, and you may need medications to control your blood pressure.

  • 5. Blood sugar: 
  • Raised blood glucose (diabetes) can increase the risk of a heart attack. If you have diabetes it is very important to control your blood pressure and blood sugar to minimize the risk.


Stay away from stress, keep yourself happy in every situation. Go for a walk everyday, eat healthy and think positive.
You  should also do some exercise everyday.
