Frustration may also lead to a lot of health problems.

And it is very important to deal with frustration and keep yourself away from it.

1. Keep Yourself Busy

No matter what happens, keep yourself busy. Do whatever you can and stay active.

Do something that keeps your mind busy, so you won`t have any time to think about what went wrong or what can go wrong and stay frustrated.

Staying busy with your work keeps your mind busy too.

2. What Has To Happen Will Happen

Sometimes wrong and unexpected things happen.

These unexpected things actually can be good or can be bad too.

But when good things happen to us unexpectedly, in that case we feel very happy. But when wrong things happen, we get sad and frustrated like crazy.

But remember that sometimes it is not in our hands to control the situation and whatever ha sto happen will always happen.

So learn to let go. Keep calm and move on with what you have now.

3. Keep Your Things Properly

Be alert and don`t let wrong things happen. At least do what is in your hands. Keep your stuff nicely. Keep your room clean so you won`t lose anything like your favourite cloth or mobile phone.

Sometimes we search and search but we lose and never find our things even in our own room, and this is the time when we get frustrated and angry.

So keep your thigs properly. We can`t control many things, we don`t know what will happen next in life but there are some things that we can control and keep ourself calm and happy.

4. Exercise, Meditate

Do some exercise or meditation. These things will help you to stay calm and healthy. Meditation and exercise is very good for your overall health and body.
