1 Pomegranate juice - Pomegranate juice is very beneficial in diarrhea, in addition to this, you can dry and grind pomegranate peel and give it to the child after drinking diarrhea.

2 Curd - Curd contains bacteria which are very beneficial for the body. This bacteria produces lactic acid to relieve diarrhea and provides a protective shield to the intestine.

3 Moong dal khichdi - For this khichdi, mix 3 parts moong dal and one part rice and make a thin khichdi. This will help fill the baby's stomach and at the same time keep his / her stomach cool.

4 Fruits -  Eat fruits to keep your stomach healthy.

5 Cumin - Chew a spoonful of cumin and drink water when there is continuous loose motion. Doing this helps in loosening motion quickly.

6 Consumption of ginger is also effective in the case of loose motion. Ginger contains antifungal and anti-bacterial elements, which give relief in stomach pain during this period. 

If you want, you can drink ginger powder mixed with milk.
