1. Common Cold : 

5 to 6 grams of garlic with equal quantity of jaggery pounded together can be taken at bedtime for relief.

2. Toothache : 

A soft massage with a powdered black pepper on the affected are (teeth) and gums can relieve your toothache.

Add some chopped fresh ginger with lemon into hot water and drink it. It will help you in getting rid of nausea.
