1. Massage with hot coconut oil

Take a little coconut oil and heat it. Massage this hot coconut oil on the affected area of ​​the neck after bathing with warm water.

2. Massage with mustard oil

Mustard oil is a good option to remove neck stiffness. Take a little mustard oil, heat it and apply it on the affected area.

3. Cold compression

 Take a clean towel, put some ice cubes in it and place it on the neck. Keep it for 10 minutes and remove it later. Do this 5-6 times. I

4. Ginger

Ginger has many medicinal properties. In such a situation, it works as a pain reliever.

5. Asafetida

If you have neck pain, take equal quantity of asafetida and camphor in 1 bowl.

6. Hot compression

To overcome the problem of pain, hot water is the best option.
