If you are going to the toilet to pee every minute, hour.

Well there can be a lot of reasons behind this.

Kidney problem, sugar or even poor lifestyle can be a reason behind going to the bathroom all the time.

Here`s how you can cntrol this problem at home, but if this doesn`t work, in that case you should see your doctor.

1. Make a powder by grinding 3 dried gooseberries and eat jaggery mixed with it. 

This will help in the problem of frequent urination. Drink plenty of vitamin C.

2. Consuming 5 lentils, sprouted grains, carrot juice and grapes is also an effective remedy for this problem.

3. Excess intake of water and other fluids can increase urine output. This increases the need for frequent urination. Regularizing fluid intake throughout the day can reduce urine output and limit the number of washrooms.

4. The consumption of foods and beverages that may irritate the bladder walls or that have diuretic properties. 

Some of the foods and beverages to be avoided are tea, coffee, sugar and carbonated drinks, chocolate, alcohol etc. Eat more fiber-rich foods. High fiber foods can help relieve constipation which is a major culprit behind hyperactive bladder syndrome.
