 India is all set to launch its first coronavirus vaccine Covaxin on 15th August.

 Whole World is battling the Corona epidemic.

 Thousands of people are getting infected everyday and many are losing their lives. Meanwhile a good news is coming.

 India`s First Coronavirus Vaccine Covaxin IS being prepared in India and it can be launched on 15 August, 2020 this year.

The company making this vaccine is preparing to launch Bharat Biotech Covaxin. During this period, clinical trials have been directed to be completed.

 According to a letter issued by ICMR, enrollment for human trials will begin from July 7. After this, if all the trials are correct then it is expected that by August 15, the cocaine can be launched. India may first come into the biotech vaccine market.

 The Human Drug Controller (DCGI) has been approved for the human trial of this vaccine.

What is Bharat Biotech ?


 Bharat Biotech is the same company that has also made vaccines for polio, rotavirus, rabies, Japanese encephalitis, chikungunya and Zika virus.
