1. Salt Water Rinse

Salt water rinse is very effective and it is a very easy natural home remedy to use. Salt water is a natural disinfectant, and when you rinse your mouth with luke warm salt water, the food particles and debris that may be stuck between your teeth gets removed.

If there is a swelling or inflammation around your teeth, you can rinse your mouth with salt water to get rid of it.
Add one teaspoon of salt water into a glass of warm water and rinse your mouth with it or use it as a mouthwash. It will kill the bacteria too.

2. Cold Compress

Use a cold compress to relieve the pain, when you are suffering from toothache. The area gets numb when you apply cold compression to the the painful area or part of your teeth. This makes pain less serve. Using this method will decrease your pain and it will also reduce any type of swelling or inflammation caused by toothache.
You can take a small towel or a piece of cloth wrapped with some ice cubes and apply it to the affected area. Hold it right there for 5 to 10 minutes and repeat it 3 to 4 times in a day.

3. Garlic

Garlic is very helpful, you can use garlic to cure many health problems. Even chewing a raw garlic on an empty stomach every morning is very beneficial for your health.

Garlic can act as a pain reliever and kill the bacteria. You can get rid of your toothache using this easy method. 
Take a clove of garlic and chew it to relieve your pain, or you can make a paste of it and apply it to the painful area inside your mouth, keep it there for 5 to 6 minutes and later you throw it out.

4. Clove

Take a clove and chew it very slowly or just keep it between your teeth for 5 minutes or you can use a clove oil.You can buy it from your nearest medical store.

 Dab a small amount of clove oil onto a cotton ball or cotton and directly apply it to the painful area.You can experience a burning sensation but it is okay and normal to feel this way. Repeat this procedure 3 to 4 times a day.

5. Pain Out Gel

You can buy a Colgate pain out gel from any medical store and directly apply a little amount on the affected area, do the same for 3 to 5 times a day to get rid of your toothache pain.


NOTE : If your toothache is serve or you have some other major teeth related problem or pain inside your mouth. In that case you need to see your dentist, you may need some medicines to treat your pain. If you feel that you have pus inside your mouth, or you experience swelling and pain for more than two days, in that case you should visit your dentist.

Important Tip : Brush twice a day, use mouthwash, always keep your mouth clean if you don`t want to suffer from toothache or teeth related problem.
