1. Hot cold water

Put feet in hot cold water 3 times. Five minutes in hot, three minutes in cold. Before doing this, wet your head and drink water.

2. Ginger

Eat ginger vegetable or chutney. Put mint dates in mint and eat it by making sauce.

3. Turmeric

Heat a glass of milk and add a teaspoon of turmeric. You can also add honey to taste it. Turmeric can also be drunk by adding tea. It also relieves heel pain.

Sometimes heel pain can occur due to wearing high heel shoes or standing for long periods or walking on hard ground.

4. Give rest to your Heels

Give your heel a rest: it won't be easy. Avoiding using the heel will definitely help. Avoid doing all this:

Walking long distances

Long standing.


5. Mustard seed provides relief from heel pain

Grind about 50 grams of mustard seeds and mix them in a bucket of hot water. Now put your feet in this water for 10 to 15 minutes.
